DHCP Printer

At the office we've got this Canon ir2220N standalone digital copier, and so when I installed it on the computers, I just made a new TCP port at its local address (192.168.1.105) and so all of them connect directly to it.  But the problem is, every 30 days, the printer changes it's IP address to 192.168.1.xxx so no computers can print to it.  I realize this is probably a dumb question and maybe I'm just overlooking something, but how do I get the printer to stop changing it's IP?  I disabled DHCP and everything...
