I know nothing about anyhting really but a friend of mine was targeted by models_around@hotmail.com. This sick fuck is part of a child porn site and was trying to get my friend to model for him. i would greatly apreciat anything anyone could possible do ;)

Looks like a foreign site (whois modelsaround.com shows this). However:
If you take a look at the name servers whois entry, they are in the united states (I assume you are in the states or at least not the country this asshole is in).
So I'd suggest starting there. You might not be able to bust the guy, but you can (probably) have this company either kill the hosting, and if not, then you can go further and report them to the feds or whatever.
Unfortunately, going behind the law isn't going to do much, because they'll just move elsewhere. Besides, it's usually not a good idea to take the law in to your own hands (though I can see why that might feel good at times).
Oh, and NEVER EVER save the 'evidence' etc. NOt that I suspect you will, but sometimes people do that ... bad move.

If they don't respond, then go to the next step (maybe the ones hosting th em or the Feds). Etc.

Hope that helps some. Basically the idea is go up the chain of the hosts, until you can get to someone. Then if not you can report them to the country they are in (in this case the US).
Perhaps someone else has other ideas, but this is how I'd start.
I'd be glad to pass that on to condemned.org. They would have a ball with it if they are still up for it...

I used to know Tashie really well.. Got to know her through B|ue from Condemned and also the lads at LoU. However if i remember correctly, the guys at Condemned hated the people over at ACPO. Which was crazy, as they were both working towards the same goal.
