hi there, this is my first post.

After reading the post regarding learning PHP and getting e-books I thought I would ask the for the same help, Im wanting to learn ASP.net, but again I cant afford books or courses.
If there are any e-books or web resources that anyone knows about could you let me know?

ASP.net = Evil  :-X

Go with PHP man, hehe.

Im not a big ASP person, but here are a few resources I use now and then when I must...

http://www.aspfree.com/
http://www.devshed.com/
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/scriptcenter/default.mspx (not sure if there is ASP stuff here, never looked)
http://www.aspin.com/
http://www.aspobjects.com/
http://www.aspcode.net/
http://www.asptutorial.info/
http://builder.com.com/ (again, another possibility, not checked it tho)

Then there is always the faithful Google results:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&safe=off&q=asp+.net+help&btnG=Search
"A well known hacker is a good hacker, an unknown hacker is a great hacker..."

I don't care what your parents told you, you aren't special.

You may all want to beat me with baseball bats .. But i love ASP and .NET. Mainly because i have to use it every single day at work  but it aint all bad.

And i think the resources Taz gave you is more than enough to get ya going. But if you have any specific questions .. ask away.
I am not suffering with insanity... I am loving every minute of it.

Just revisiting this thread ..

Taz ya dirty Shite Bag! ASP.NET is the donkeys cock :)

I am not suffering with insanity... I am loving every minute of it.
