I have some software to program and reprogram cell phones. I recently got it to change PRL on thye phones that come to my country (Central America). Nevertheless, I have to edit a file *.PRL and use the number my country uses. I have not been able to do this because I do not know what software to use to make or edit a PRL file. Can anyone help me with this matter?
Hrmm, Im stumped on this one mate.. Okay, bit of info from ya, What sort of phones are they and .. errr.. what software versions are the phones running.
