Every time you log on to a public Wi-Fi access point.Does the wi-fi affects the security of the information stored?

Can you explain what your looking for a bit more man? You mean is the information being transmitted over wi-fi encrypted?

Apparently people are being paid to register accounts and post seemingly legitimate posts with advertisement links in the sig or message body now.
