Right now I'm looking for some good physics modeling. Does anyone know where I could find an open-source physics engine? I don't mean like gaming, though games probably do have the most accurate physics engines. Anyway, just wondering if anyone had ever heard of such a project...
Turns out there are tons of them:

If anyone is interested, I'd like to write one someday. I think it'd be easiest in plain old flash actionscript though. It's pretty powerful, and you don't have to worry about the graphical side of things--it's taken care of nice and easy....
