Sorry for my bad english.

If you already have admin access on the target box, why not do it from within there in the first place???

the admin has disabled the feature in windows..
i cant change the admin password in windows or greate a new user...
damn my first post was so confuseing wasnt it...
are there any programs to copy a user account from sam to another?.

the program what i used on linux has a manual edit in it but im not too good in edit mode... and i would  just corrupt the damn file...

The admin disabled the feature to add/change user accounts for the 'Administrator' account?  The how does he do it? This sounds entirely too fishy...  ???

Okay that is impossible. Well actually not impossible. But rediculous.

Dood if you want a truthful answer then give us a straight question. You seem to be beating a dead mexican around a bush at the moment.
