Please help. This is and honest request.

I don't have criminal intent.  I am being lied to, I need proof.  I legitimately need to crack 3 e-mails (1 yahoo, 1 hotmail and 1 aol) but I can't afford to pay for it.  

Please, I need to learn how. Can someone tell me how or is there a program for this or a book I can read to learn how?
