If you already have admin access on the target box, why not do it from within there in the first place???

the admin has disabled the feature in windows..
i cant change the admin password in windows or greate a new user...
damn my first post was so confuseing wasnt it...
are there any programs to copy a user account from sam to another?.

the program what i used on linux has a manual edit in it but im not too good in edit mode... and i would  just corrupt the damn file...

The admin disabled the feature to add/change user accounts for the 'Administrator' account?  The how does he do it? This sounds entirely too fishy...
