Need help with access to phone bill

Well this is the only place I know to go for help.  I am looking for a way to get access to a cell phone bill.  I am willing to pay if someone can help.  The only info I have is the cell phone number.  Please reply or pm me.  Thank you

Is it your cell phone?  If not look elsewhere.  If it is, then what carrier?  Verizon, Cingular, etc.  I think most if not all cell carriers have online bill pay options.

This is really not the place for asking help on illegal acts. I think you have been misguided. Try connecting to an IRC channel for that. Here's a clue though...

Most people use the SAME password for EVERY authentication they possibly can. You have a cell phone number, you can get a name.
