Welcome aboard Will. You know your shit well, and I'm happy to have you here.
You're a good friend, and I always have enjoyed working on things with you (e.g., IRCd, Eggdrops, and whatever else we come up with).
It's about damn time you're on the staff. You will be a great contribution to the team.  Because, afterall, you KNOW your stuff WELL.
