At work and having to do work on a Windows 2003 server running MS SQL 2000.. And you KNOW something is fucked when........... you have to trick MS SQL into thinking its startup account is there in order to run even when the windows account doesn't even exist..

So basically using windows authentication on MS SQL it is now authenticating "on start-up" with an account that no longer exists on the server...

hahahahaha... christ the things i see just get worse and worse...
